Terms of Service

Your account

Sign-in uses your Google account, so one person should hold one account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure.

What you may submit

• Text you wrote, text you own, or text you are licensed or permitted to rewrite.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that you are contractually forbidden to process with a third-party service.
• Do not use the service to misrepresent who wrote a document where that representation is itself unlawful, such as impersonation or fraud.

What the estimates mean

The AI-likelihood estimate is a heuristic signal produced by our own engine, shown so you can compare drafts. It is not a certificate, it is not a guarantee, and it is not the score any third-party detector will return. Decisions you take on the basis of an estimate are yours.

Plans and allowances

Free accounts keep a limited monthly allowance. Paid plans raise or remove the run limit, and yearly billing is charged once for twelve months. Automatic renewal continues until you cancel from your account.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service or its rate limits.
• No reselling of the console, its output or your allowance as if it were your own product.
• No automated bulk submission beyond the batch features of your plan.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation or any particular result. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
