Refund Policy

Cancel any time

You can cancel from your account at any time. Access continues until the end of the month or year you already paid for, and no further charges are made.

Refund window

• First purchase: a full refund is available within 7 days of the charge, as long as you have used less than 20% of the runs included in the plan.
• Renewals: a full refund is available within 7 days of the renewal charge, as long as the plan has barely been used in the new period.
• Yearly plans: the same 7-day window applies to the yearly charge.

How to request one

Write to support@humanizer.lol from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and the amount. We answer within two business days and process approved refunds through Stripe, which usually returns the money in 5-10 business days depending on the bank.

When a refund is not available

• A plan that has been used heavily in the current period, where the allowance has largely been consumed.
• Charges older than 7 days, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.
• Accounts closed for breaking the Terms of Service.
